It is only fair I share her amazing cooking with the world right? She keeps all her ingredients as fresh and authentically made like she used to make me when I was a kid. My mom used to say, “When the tortilla inflates like a balloon, you know you’ve made it right.” She loves to cook and wanted to share her talent by catering events on weekends or for holidays. She and her employees needed some branding to add a level of professionalism, but still maintain the authenticity and humble beginnings. Many tamales later… Mis Delicias Picantes was born.
